How do I find my school’s stationery pack?
Vis the 'Select your School' page and choose your schools logo. If your school is not listed, you can complete a custom stationary list and build your own.
Can I change what's in my school's pack?
Yes! You can remove anything you already have at home, add extra items, or change quantities before adding the pack to your cart. You only pay for what you keep. However it's recommended by the school that your child has all of the items in the back ready to go for day 1 back at school.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. For back-to-school orders, we recommend ordering by January 4th so everything arrives before Day 1.
What if something in my pack is missing or damaged?

Can I collect instead of shipping?
Yes! If you're local to the Sunshine Coast, you may opt to pick up from our Kunda Park warehouse. Just select 'Pick up' at checkout. Please wait to receive your 'ready for collection' notification prior to coming to pick up your order.
